Kinnari Shah holds B.Com Degree from a reputable university and is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has about 6 years of experience in Management Consultancy, Audit and Tax Consultancy, Corporate Training, including 5 years in a UK-based CA firm. She is currently the director of HELICO, and her expertise and knowledge play a critical role in guiding the strategy and vision of the company. 

Neha Bagmar completed her B.Com degree with distinction from Gujarat university. With over 10 years of experience handling Finance and Accounting work, she has now gained her position as the Director at HELICO. Her strength in keeping her word and providing excellent customer service has proven to be of great advantage to the team. She is an amiable enthusiast who’s always curious to explore new avenues.

Mohit Bagmar is one of the firm’s co-founders. He is a graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), having 15 years of expertise in the profession. He has extensive knowledge in the fields of finance and accounting. Currently, he handles Finance and Accounting functions, including operation, reporting, compliance, legal and secretarial matters of the organization, and analyzing new business acquisitions. He also handles Project Financing, including financial valuation, corporate finance, financial advisory, costing analysis. He is also our go-to person for advisory on restructuring and business growth. 

Ashish Jain is a co-founder of the firm. He is a graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), with 14 years of experience. He has experience in handling Audits and Accounting functions including, preparing financial statements, auditing, direct tax returns, and management consultancy. In addition, he is knowledgeable in the field of direct taxation. He also has extensive expertise representing clients before the Income Tax Authorities, including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. 

Hardik Sanwal is a B.Com degree holder and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with 11 years of expertise. He has experience in handling Audits and accounting functions, including preparation of financial statements, auditing, indirect tax returns of the organization. He also expertly handles Indirect Tax Consultancy, including representing clients before various tax authorities.

Utkarsh shah is a qualified Company Secretary and a B.Com degree holder. He has been engaged in ROC Compliance and Management Due Diligence. With the experience of over 8 years, he is also actively involved in consulting on organization restructuring. 

Ashvin has completed his B.com from a reputed university and now has over 15 years of experience in Accounting functions such as bookkeeping and accounting assistance. He also handles TDS and TCS operations, including analyzing, preparation and returns for the organization.
